Citizens Advice wanted to reach a wider audience with their help and advice. After conducting market research Citizens Advice identified that their brand awareness with younger people was low despite the help they could offer. 
They wished to build brand awareness and provide practical money saving and wellbeing advice to students and young people. They commissioned three videos to promote their Snapchat channel and help raise brand awareness to a younger demographic.
